Update 10: New demo with new function

Well....here I have uploaded a new demo. I have lost track on what makes this different from the previous demo aside from the following:
- Added a new pause screen. See Update 9 for the gruesome details. The Pause screen can be entered / exited via the Start button.
- Updated the Game Over screen and now added the Restart Level or Exit to Title options.
- Now, the player has "lives" in the game. After the 3 lives expire, it is Game Over. Pause shows your remaining lives.
- Finally, there is now a neat looking health gauge.
As of this moment, I only know of one bug which is buried in the collision detection and causes the Player sprite to disappear. Not sure how or why this happens yet but I intend to find out very soon.
